Giti-branded websites have been launched in the U.S. and Canada to begin promoting the Giti name in preparation for the company’s new passenger and light truck tire plant in South Carolina coming on line later this year.

One of the early objectives of the U.S. website – gitiusa.com – is to assist plant management in hiring qualified and motivated people who will help further the company’s commitment to world-class manufacturing. The site lists open positions and enables people to submit their resumes for specific positions.

The Canadian site – giti.ca – is promoting the first Giti brand tire in North America with a $70 rebate. The GitiComfort 229 Run Flat has now being offered (in Canada only) through a special limited release. This all season run flat tire is available for 17- and 18-inch rim sizes in aspect ratios of 45 to 55. A W speed-rated tire, it features the Giti Equal Force Casing Design technology which improves overall handling, lowers irregular wear and increases tire life.

Content will be added to both sites through the year as GITI Tire (USA) gears up for production at its Chester County plant.
